Midsummer Celestial Event

Tito's Bistro & Cafe is hosting a Midsummer Celestial Event, Art Show and Sale from June 8 - July 8, 2009. A portion of the sales are being donated to the Elder's Caring Shelter in Grande Pairie. Featured Artists are Carrie Klukas, Carmen Haakstad, Darcie Zackowski, Marian Jacoba Shilka and Marilyn Gourlay.

2009 International Street Performers Festival

The 2009 Grande Prairie Street Performers Festival is taking place on July 17 - 19, 2009. Spend the weekend with some real characters, be part of the fun as entertainment from around the world takes over downtown Grande Prairie. Festival times are Friday 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturday 12:00 to 9:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Have even more fun, volunteer for the event. 100 International Flags Festival

A two-day event put on by the GP Youth Emergency Shelter. Local restaurants will cook authentic dishes inspuired by different countries. August 1 evets will take place at Rock City from 5:30 - 8pm, and August 2 events will take place at Muskoseepi Park from 10:30am - 2pm.
