By completing this volunteer registration form, I acknowledge that I am giving permission for my information to be entered into the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau’s volunteer database. I understand that the information captured in this database may be used to match my interests with future volunteer opportunities to various non-profit agencies in Grande Prairie.
I give permission for the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau to release my information entered through this website to an agency or agencies and understand that I may be contacted by them regarding potential volunteer positions. I understand that I have the right to accept or decline any such volunteer position offered.
I understand that once entered into the database, I may opt for exclusion at any time by contacting the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau and requesting that my information be removed from the volunteer database.
The sole responsibility of the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau volunteer database is to provide volunteer referral services. I understand that it is my responsibility to confirm with any organization with which I volunteer as to their insurance policies. This electronic submission waives the Grande Prairie Volunteer Services Bureau of any damages that may occur as a result of a volunteer placement to an agency or agencies not having adequate liability insurance.
Please note: If you do not agree to these terms or do not wish to be included in the Volunteer Database, please do not complete the registration form. Directly contact the organization for which you would like to volunteer.
