This Workshop will teach the following skills:

  • Identifying Personal Skills: This session helps the participant to identify key strengths, create a personality profile and generate an understanding of the preference of others. The participant will learn techniques to assist in building healthy and productive relationships, learn effective techniques to forming and building relationships and gain an understanding of dynamic workplace relationships.
  • Skills Appraisal: Through structured exercises participants identify their transferable skill sets. Participants focus on area of strength and competence.
  • Time Management: This session focuses on setting priorities, avoiding procrastination, minimizing distractions and time wasters.
  • Stress Management: This session helps the participant to identify their stress patterns and to develop pro-active methods to reduce stress levels and incorporate healthy habits, including eating, exercise and sleep habits, into a daily routine. Techniques to address work/life balance will also be addressed.
